Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.
You can use the sample cancellation form below. However, using this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will generally reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.
For refunds, we generally use the same payment method that you used for the original payment, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Service commences before the end of the withdrawal period
If the booked meeting or agreed service is to take placebefore the end of the 14-day cancellation period , your explicit consent is required.
In this case, they expressly request that Kevin Fromm begin providing the agreed service before the end of the cancellation period.
If you cancel the contract after you have expressly requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you may be obliged, under the legal conditions, to pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the time of your cancellation.
This amount corresponds to the proportion of services already provided up to the point of cancellation in relation to the total scope of services agreed upon in the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service under the statutory conditions.
In the case of a contract that obliges the customer to pay a price, this particularly requires that the customer, before the commencement of the service provision,

has expressly agreed that the service will begin before the end of the withdrawal period,

has confirmed that she understands that her right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the provider, and
-
the provider has fully performed the service.
The legal requirements of Section 356 Paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code (BGB) remain applicable.
Relationship between revocation and cancellation
The statutory right of withdrawal is to be distinguished from the cancellation options regulated in the general terms and conditions (GTC).
If a statutory right of withdrawal exists and is effectively exercised, the statutory withdrawal regulations apply.
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired or if the right of withdrawal has effectively expired, the agreed cancellation conditions of the terms and conditions apply to the cancellation of the booking.
In particular, the following cancellation conditions generally apply according to the terms and conditions:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled meeting.

Less than 48 hours before the meeting: 50% of the agreed booking fee, subject to the conditions stipulated in the terms and conditions.

Alternatively, a replacement appointment can be arranged within six weeks.

Cancellation on the day of the meeting or no-show: generally 100% of the agreed booking fee, subject to the conditions stipulated in the terms and conditions.
The customer's statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by these contractual cancellation provisions.

Explanation for short-term bookings
For the booking confirmation or the Wix booking form, I would also include two separate checkboxes. This is especially important if, for example, a booking is made today for tomorrow:

☐ Knowledge of the expiry of the right of withdrawal

These declarations should not be pre-selected. Section 356 Paragraph 4 of the German Civil Code (BGB) links the expiry of the right of withdrawal for fully performed paid services, among other things, to the express consent to the early commencement of services and the confirmation of knowledge of the expiry.
