Hand in hand, with smiling ease, we experience a touch of youthful lightheartedness. What a pleasant feeling washes over us! And what absolutely cannot be missed here is a meal of Lippe-style potato pancakes.
This is a thick, sweet pancake with raisins. It's spread with a pat of butter, maple syrup, or even liverwurst, depending on taste. After this meal, a walk with one or perhaps two shots of schnapps rounds off the experience.
