The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) has been discontinued. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes was repealed with effect from 20 July 2025.
Note: The statement regarding non-participation in consumer dispute resolution remains relevant. Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG) stipulates corresponding information obligations, although companies with ten or fewer employees may be exempt with regard to Section 36 Paragraph 1 No. 1 VSBG.
