If you cancel your booking for personal or professional reasons, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, I will charge you an expense allowance of 50% of the agreed fee. This amount must then be transferred to my account. Alternatively, we can reschedule our meeting within the next four weeks, so you won't incur any cancellation fees.
