GIGOLO LIETICE
First stop with Gigolo Liège for waffles. Do you know the difference between them and Brussels waffles? Those are made with a batter. Liège waffles are made with a yeast dough into which sugar cubes are kneaded. These caramelize during baking and taste absolutely delicious. Afterwards, we feel a bit tired and explore Liège by boat on the Meuse River. But then it's time for some real action. Off to the Liège Steps: 374 steps lie ahead before we can enjoy the view. Montmartre is a joke compared to this. Here we catch our breath before kicking off the evening in the vibrant Le Carré district.
